If you request a refund before work begins on your project, we will refund 100% of your payment (minus transaction charges). If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund, and we’ll reimburse the remaining balance of your order.

Please note that any completed portion of the project will not be eligible for a refund; only the remaining balance will be reimbursed. If you have a specific complaint requiring a full refund, please submit a refund request, and we’ll evaluate it fairly.
